The Founder

Meet Magdalena Kosior-Molloy, MCom, FIPA

Magdalena is the Founder of Connextus and an award-winning executive with extensive experience in financial management and business leadership across consultancy, professional services and corporate environments.

She has led transformation across governance, financial systems and reporting, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that strengthen decision-making and organisational performance. 

Her experience includes building business functions that operate as strategic partners to the wider organisation and contributing to advisory boards, leadership teams and committees across governance, transformation and business resilience.

Magdalena brings this experience to Connextus, combining strategic, financial and operational expertise with an independent perspective to help organisations address complex business challenges.
